Introduction

Welcome to Homadox. By accessing or using our platform at homadox.com you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use Homadox.

What Homadox Is

Homadox is an event venue discovery platform that connects people seeking farmhouses and open spaces for events with venue owners directly. We provide a technology platform to facilitate these connections. Homadox is strictly a discovery and connection platform. We are NOT a real estate company, property broker, property management service, or event management company. We do not own, manage, or control any of the venues listed on our platform.

Who Can Use Homadox

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Homadox. By using our platform you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

For Event Seekers

• All booking agreements, payment arrangements, and contracts are made directly between you and the venue owner. Homadox is not a party to any agreement between you and a venue owner.
• Homadox is not responsible for the accuracy of venue listings, the condition or availability of any venue, or the conduct of venue owners.
• Always verify venue details directly with the owner before making any payment.
• You agree to use venue information obtained through Homadox solely for legitimate event booking purposes.
• You agree not to misrepresent the nature or size of your event to venue owners.
• Homadox does not guarantee that you will find a suitable venue through our platform.

For Venue Owners

• You confirm that you have the legal right to offer the property for temporary event use.
• You confirm that all information provided in your listing is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
• You are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary local permissions, police NOCs, fire safety clearances, or other regulatory approvals required for hosting events at your property.
• You agree to respond to genuine inquiries from event seekers in a timely and professional manner.
• You agree not to engage in discriminatory practices in accepting or rejecting bookings.
• Homadox reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or contains inaccurate information.

Payments and Transactions

Homadox does not currently process payments between parties. All financial transactions, deposits, advances, and final payments are made directly between venue owners and event organizers outside of our platform. Homadox takes no responsibility for any payment disputes, fraud, or financial losses arising from transactions between users. We strongly recommend that both parties use written agreements and document all transactions.

Prohibited Activities

• You agree not to use Homadox for any unlawful purpose.
• You agree not to post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings.
• You agree not to harass, abuse, or harm other users of the platform.
• You agree not to use our platform to collect personal data for purposes other than legitimate event venue booking.
• You agree not to attempt to circumvent our platform to avoid future platform fees.

Intellectual Property

All content on Homadox including text, graphics, logos, and software is the property of Homadox and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

Limitation of Liability

Homadox is a discovery platform only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Homadox shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or dispute arising from transactions between venue owners and event organizers. We are not liable for any venue being unavailable, unsuitable, or different from its listing description.

Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute between users we encourage parties to resolve matters directly and amicably. Homadox may at its discretion provide mediation support but is not obligated to do so. Any legal disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
